As a Resident Physician (Psychiatric Medicine), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide comprehensive patient care within your chosen discipline under the supervision of Specialist doctors.
• Serve as a key member of the clinical team, gaining strong hands‑on experience and developing your full potential.
• Supervise and guide junior doctors, including Medical Officers and House Officers.
• Collaborate with nursing, allied health, and pharmacy colleagues to deliver holistic, team‑based patient care.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by your reporting officer.
• Receive mentorship and support to pursue interests in Education, Research, and Health Administration.

Requirements:

• MBBS or equivalent, with at least 3 years’ experience as a Medical Officer; candidates with relevant postgraduate qualifications will have an advantage.
• Active clinical practice within the past 3 years in the selected discipline and eligible for (or registered with) the Singapore Medical Council.
• Strong command of written and spoken English, able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment, and adaptable to change.
