Job summary

A leading healthcare institution in Singapore seeks a Resident Physician responsible for providing patient care for in-patients and outpatients. Job Description

As a Resident Physician in NUHS Investigational Medicine Unit, the candidate shall be responsible for the following activities:

  • Provides patient care and monitoring for both in-patients and outpatients.
  • Participates in departmental research activities.
  • Delegates as the co-investigator in clinical trials as required.
  • Attends study investigator meetings, site selection and initiation visits and study monitoring visits as necessary
  • Participants in study protocol review and drafting.
  • Participates in departmental quality improvement activities.
  • IRB submission
  • Code blue coverage during office hours and overnight studies should there be any
  • Participation in departmental quality improvement activities and study protocol review and drafting
Requirements
  • Candidate shall possess a basic or post-graduate medical qualification from an accredited medical school, that is registrable with the Singapore Medical Council https://www.healthprofessionals.gov.sg/smc
  • Have completed at least 1 year of housemanship and 3 years of medical officer posting (or equivalent).
  • Be active in clinical practice.
