The Department of Urology is seeking candidates who are highly motivated and willing to join us for a challenging and fulfilling appointment as Resident Physician.
The department is a well-known provider of advanced urological services in the region, focusing on the delivery of specialised medical and surgical care in all major aspects of adult urology. It pioneers research in the field of urological cancers (bladder, kidney and prostate), kidney transplants, treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia, management of urinary stone conditions and male sexual dysfunction. Its strong research programme allows patients with complex conditions to be treated with advanced technologies such as minimally-invasive robotic surgery, transurethral needle ablative procedures and flexible ureteroscopy.
As a Resident Physician, you will be responsible for the management of patients in the wards and clinics, and administrative duties required of the department to provide direct patient care. Other duties include specialist outpatient clinic, inpatient coverage (rostered) and to provide continuity of care for patients.
