Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Resident Technical Officer or Site Supervisor in construction.

• Proficiency in relevant software tools for project tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive inspections and testing of M&E systems for compliance.
• Liaise with contractors and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare detailed reports documenting inspection findings and corrective actions.
• Participate in the review of shop drawings and other technical submissions.
• Monitor construction progress and provide updates to management.
• Assist with commissioning and handover of M&E systems.
• Maintain accurate records throughout the construction lifecycle.
