Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is looking for a site supervisor to ensure that all civil & structural and M&E works are legally compliant and follow specifications. This includes supervising construction efforts and quality checks. The position requires accreditation from recognized engineering bodies.

Responsibilities

• Perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act.
• Ensure construction adheres to drawings and specifications.
• Supervise concreting, pavement, drainage construction works.

Education

Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore

Job description

Working Hours : 44Hrs/week

Responsibility :

• Perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act.
• Ensure that all the civil & structural and M&E works are constructed in accordance with drawings and specifications and the Building Control Act and Regulations.
• Supervise concreting, pavement, drainage construction works (applicable for C&S)
• Carry out checks on compaction and curing of concrete (applicable for C&S)
• Carry out checks on striking of formwork, re-props and removal of props (applicable for C&S)
• Carry out checks on quality & erection of precast components (applicable for C&S)

Qualification:

• Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore.
