Job summary

A consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking a Resident Engineer to manage a team of technical supervisors and ensure compliance on-site. Responsibilities include working with Professional Engineers and resolving site issues. Candidates must hold a degree in Civil Engineering recognized by BCA, and accreditation with IES is required upon hiring. Fresh graduates are welcome, and HDB experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be an accredited Resident Engineer with IES, Singapore, upon successful hiring.
• Fresh graduates / Resident Engineers with other specializations are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with HDB experience are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of technical supervisors on site to ensure compliance.
• Work closely with engineers and authorities to resolve site issues.
• Implement the site supervision quality and safety assurance system.
• Carry out all inspections under KTP’s submission.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of technical supervisors on site to ensure that all site activities comply with the regulations and clients’ requirements
• Work closely with the Professional Engineers, regulatory authorities and contractors to provide supervision on site, to resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the projects
• Implement the site supervision quality and safety assurance system
• To carry out all inspection that is under KTP’s submission, Including ERSS, and specialist work that will need his supervision, whenever required.
