Education & Qualification

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Registered as Resident Engineer with BCA/IES/ACES.
• 3 to 10 years of relevant site supervision experience as a resident engineer.

Skills And Knowledge

• Strong technical knowledge to review design details and method statements.
• Ability to resolve site issues during construction.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and authority requirements.
• Completion of at least one safety course and ability to identify potential safety infringements.
• Ability to manage a team of Site Supervisors (for Senior Resident Engineer, Resident Engineer, and Resident Architect roles).
• Administrative skills to maintain discipline and manage personnel records.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively as a team player.
• Diligent, methodical, and meticulous.
• Willingness to work overtime and adapt to digitalization efforts in projects.
