Job summary

NTUC Health Co-operative Limited is seeking an Executive, Programmes & Services to champion resident-centred care initiatives guided by the Eden Alternative model. You will own a core pillar and rotate across portfolios to broaden your professional development while supporting regulatory compliance and Care Enhancement Projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Healthcare Management, Social Services, Business Administration, or Event Management is required.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication abilities are essential.
• Willingness to work across multiple administrative and operational functions.

Responsibilities

• Co-create and deliver engagement activities for elderly residents within the Programme and Volunteer Management portfolio.
• Coordinate the resident admission and discharge journey with a compassionate approach.
• Administer and process government financial assistance applications (AIC) and conduct financial reviews with residents and Next of Kin.
• Drive service quality initiatives, manage staff wellbeing and administrative support, and supervise the learning and development program.
• Participate in planned job rotations across portfolios to build multi-disciplinary competency and support the Manager.
