Job summary

ABER CARE PTE. LTD. is seeking care staff to assist nursing residents with basic hygiene and personal care on a daily basis. You will help with bathing, diaper changes, and participate in activities to support residents’ well-being.

You will support therapists and psychologists with interventions, keep environments clean, and collect residents' progress data. Singaporeans only, training provided, 3-day-per-week scheduling options available.

Qualifications

• Singaporeans Only
• WSQ Certificate in Healthcare (Nursing Care), HMI or equivalent qualification
• Preferably with one year of relevant experience in Home Care / nursing home / community hospital / Hospital setting
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (any 3 Days)

Responsibilities

• Support and provide assistance to the Nursing staff in providing the residents with basic hygiene and personal care on a daily basis
• Assist in Bathing and Changing of Diaper
• Participates and facilitate in activities with the residents
• Support therapists/ psychologist with interventions for residents
• Maintains cleanliness and tidiness of resident’s environment
• Responsible for data collection of residents’ progress

Education

WSQ Certificate in Healthcare (Nursing Care), HMI or equivalent qualification
