A leading hotel brand in Singapore is seeking a Concierge to facilitate guest services including reservations and local information. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in hospitality, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. As a W Residences Concierge, you will be required to facilitate special requests to include airline reservations, ground transportation, dining reservations, spa and salon appointments, tickets to major events, accommodations, discount admissions, local area information and maps, and other services. In addition, you will have to assist with the direction and supervision of moves by scheduling and monitoring elevator and lobby access.
