The Residence Manager assists the General Manager to plan direct and coordinate the operations of the Serviced Apartment. The duties and responsibilities include managing the daily operations across the various functions, planning and managing of the human resources. He or she is responsible for achieving optimum standards of service and value to the guests with profit objectives in a manner that is consistent with the company’s policies, philosophy and targets. He or she will report to the General Manager.
