A luxury hotel in Singapore seeks a Reservations Executive to manage and process reservations efficiently. Responsibilities include ensuring inventory accuracy, handling reservations through various channels, and maintaining high professional standards. Candidates should have a diploma in Hospitality Management and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Knowledge of reservation systems like Opera PMS is a plus.
Reporting to the Assistant Reservations Manager, the Reservations Executive is responsible for the accurate recording and processing of reservations as well as the maximization of room sales through pro‑active selling and up‑selling techniques. He/She handles all reservations requests via telephone, email, fax and internet in a friendly, efficient and prompt manner.
