Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily tasks of the Reservations Department.
• Create and update room reservations using the PMS.
• Ensure reservation data is entered accurately and promptly.
• Encourage Reservations Agents to upsell to boost hotel revenues.
• Handle special requests and assign rooms accordingly.
• Resolve booking issues or discrepancies professionally.
• Train team members in reservation operations to maintain accuracy and guest satisfaction.
• Manage group bookings, coordinating with the Sales Manager for smooth operations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills

Basic knowledge of Opera Cloud

Education

Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism or equivalent
