Job description

We are looking for a talented Reservation cum Operation Executive to join our team at Luxury Tours and Travel Pte Ltd. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing reservations and supporting the operations of our travel and hospitality business. The role is based in our Bendemeer office in the Central Region.

What you'll be doing

Efficiently handle incoming reservation requests, including booking accommodation, transportation, and activities for our customers.

Ensure all emails/enquiries/requests are cleared on-day and no back log should be carry forward at any time.

Liaise with travel suppliers and partners to coordinate itineraries and resolve any issues that may arise.

Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a seamless booking experience.

Assist with the day-to-day operations of the travel business, such as data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks.

To assist and ensure all product (hotels / activities) are loaded into system prior to products release.

Perform other ad-hoc assignment and project as and when necessary.

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a reservation or operations role within the hospitality or travel industry.

Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate effectively with clients and suppliers.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and work under pressure.

Able to work on weekends and public holidays (On rostering).

Proficient in using reservation systems and Microsoft Office applications.

A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.

A team player who is adaptable and willing to take on a variety of tasks.
