The scope of the Hearing Aid Researcher's work covers the entire life cycle of hearing aids innovation, which mainly involves algorithmic research, auditory physiological research, product development and other aspects of hearing aids. We will provide you with numerous opportunities and sufficient freedom to be able to participate in the underlying innovation and core breakthroughs of hearing aids, and together we will promote the rise of innovative hearing aids!

Job Scope:
  • 1. Use speech signal processing, acoustic device innovation and other weapons to solve hearing compensation, intelligibility improvement, sound quality optimization and other challenges;
  • 2. Become a conqueror for fundamental technology, algorithm architect, and even industry standard setter;
  • 3. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to explore the frontiers of cross-disciplines.
Job Requirement:
  • 1. PhD, majoring in Computer and Information Engineering, Acoustics, Audiology or Biomedical Engineering, Electronics and Automation, Artificial Intelligence or related fields;
  • 2. Experience in speech signal processing, embedded, audiology related projects and topics is preferred;
  • 3. A sense of mission and responsibility to improve the quality of life of the hearing impaired;
  • 4. Excellent scientific research ability, focused and curious, with strong self-driven and learning ability, able to quickly familiarize and master new fields, and pursue excellence and creativity;
  • 5. Due to frequent collaboration with Chinese teams, fluency in both Chinese and English is a significant plus.
