Responsibilities
- Successfully manage projects from start-up to completion.
- Study protocol development
- Develop statistical analysis plans and conduct analyses.
- Oversee study compliance to the ethics requirements and local regulations.
- Supervision of quantitative and/or qualitative analysis.
- Development of scientific papers and the dissemination of the study findings.
- Preparation of proposals for new grants.
- Conduct literature reviews, including systematic reviews.
- Mentoring junior staff.
- Engage with healthcare professionals and collaborators to support research activities.
Requirements
- PH.D. in Public Health or Health Services Research.
- Proven track record in clinical/public health/health services research, with outstanding management abilities and a demonstrated track record of leadership.
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
- Strong acumen with in-depth understanding of quantitative and ideally qualitative research methodologies.
- Proficient in use of standard statistical or qualitative software e.g. STATA, SPSS, NVivo.
- Good scientific writing skills as demonstrated by track records of publications in international peer-reviewed journals.
- Able to drive research projects from design, implementation to deployment.
- Project management capabilities and experience in driving a cohesive research team and cross-teaming environment.
