Utilising numerous patented acoustics and health technologies in areas like bone conduction and other related acoustic technology, Shokz aims to accelerate the development of their True Wireless Stereo (“TWS”) series and their bone-conduction hearing aid product line.

Job Description

We are dedicated to the research and design of speech, audio, and physiological signal processing algorithms to dramatically improve the product experience through algorithms. Here, you will work with the most innovative people, keep up with the cutting-edge direction, and do innovative algorithmic research for unique products. You will explore real user needs, research algorithmic prototypes, implement algorithmic solutions, and design algorithmic applications for products.

Job Scope
  • Responsible for the research of algorithms applied to acoustic, hearing aids and wearable devices, such as front-end processing and sound effects, voice enhancement, active noise reduction, auditory scene analysis and other acoustic and audiological algorithms, as well as algorithms for physiological signal processing and analysis, and action classification and recognition.
  • Responsible for the implementation of the algorithms on the hardware platform to improve the function, performance and reliability of the algorithms.
  • Responsible for the application of algorithms in products to enhance product advantages and user experience.
Job Requirement
  • PhD, majoring in acoustics, audiology, electronic engineer, biomedical engineering, optoelectronic information science and engineering, signal and information processing, medical information engineering, computer science, maths and some related fields.
  • Clear logic, good at conjecture, able to quickly track the latest global scientific research results, and inspire innovation.
  • Loving scientific research, committed to the marketization of scientific research results, and gain confidence, fun and profit from it.
  • Experience in signal processing, mathematical modeling competitions, acoustics projects is preferred.
  • Due to frequent collaboration with Chinese teams, fluency in both Chinese and English is a significant plus.
