A research organization in Singapore is seeking a skilled candidate to test linear and nonlinear characteristics of RF GaN devices using automation RF tools. The ideal applicant will possess a PhD in Semiconductor Physics or related fields and have extensive knowledge of RF compound semiconductor operations. Essential skills include experience with RF power device automation testing, on-wafer calibration, and proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Matlab. The role also demands excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
The National Semiconductor Translation and Innovation Centre (NSTIC) (GaN) seeks a candidate who can professionally use automation RF tools to test linear and nonlinear characteristics of RF GaN device as well as create the behavioural, empirical or physical models.
Successful candidate should have depth knowledge on RF compound semiconductor device operation principle, proficient hands‑on experience at RF power device tests in automation, good hands‑on experience in systematic approaches/strategies to analyse the device characterization data to create the device model compatible with the standard EDA platforms.
