Job summary

NVIDIA Research Singapore is seeking outstanding AI researchers to advance generative AI and GPU-accelerated computing. The team focuses on language models, visual generation, and robotics, publishing at top venues and collaborating across groups.

You will research, design and accelerate novel generative AI models, publish original work, mentor interns, speak at conferences, and transfer technology to product teams. This is a collaborative, high-impact role.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of LLMs and foundation models.
• Publications at leading conferences (CVPR, ICML, ICLR, ICCV, NeurIPS, etc).
• 2 years of experience in AI research or related field.
• Bachelor, Master, or PhD in computer science or electrical engineering with strong research track records.
• Excellent programming skills in Python; C++ and CUDA are a plus.
• Knowledge of PyTorch and common ML frameworks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

What we need to see:

• Excellent programming skills in some rapid prototyping environment such as Python; C++ and parallel programming (e.g., CUDA) is a plus
• Knowledge of common machine learning frameworks, such as PyTorch
• Excellent communication skills
