MCI CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a detail‑oriented Research Participant Coordinator to support study activities and data collection.

You will conduct phone screenings, coordinate participant flow during study visits, and assist with collection and transportation of study documents. You will perform accurate data entry into research databases, verify data completeness, assist with procurement and inventory of supplies, and provide general administrative support to the research

Formación

• Minimum GCE 'A' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
• Vaccination requirements: Tdap, Varicella, MMR as specified.

Responsabilidades

• Research Participant Coordination: Conduct phone screening of potential participants according to study requirements and scripts.
• Operational Support: Coordinate participant flow during study visits and assist with collection and transportation of documents and materials.
• Data Management: Perform accurate data entry into research databases and tracking systems; verify completeness of data and documentation.
• General Support: Assist with procurement and inventory tracking of study supplies and perform other administrative duties assigned by the research team.
