Job summary

WSH Experts Pte Ltd is seeking a Research Officer to support psychology and behavioural science research projects. You will help with literature reviews, data collection and analysis, and prepare reports for dissemination.

The role involves presenting findings, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to publication-ready materials while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field.
• 1 year experience in psychology / behavioural sciences preferred.
• Good writing, analytical & communication skills.
• Team player with good collaboration skills.
• Basic knowledge of statistics and statistical software.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Research Officer

Working Days & Hours:Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm & Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm (Including 1-hour break)

Job Responsibilities:

Support research studies using psychology and behavioural science knowledge

Conduct literature reviews and prepare research reports

Collect and analyse research data

Present research findings through presentations and training sessions
