Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced nurse to support patient care and clinical research activities within a Clinical Research Unit. The role involves direct nursing care for study participants and collaboration with doctors and the research team.

You will perform venipuncture, monitor patients, administer study medications, and respond to medical emergencies in line with protocols and SOPs. 2+ years of hospital nursing experience is preferred; morning and afternoon shifts apply.

Qualifications

• SNB registration in Singapore
• At least 2 years nursing experience
• Competent in venipuncture and cannulation
• Able to recognise deterioration and respond to emergencies
• Able to work morning and afternoon shifts
• Hospital nursing experience in wards, A&E, ICU or similar setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and support to patients participating in clinical research studies.
• Perform clinical monitoring and observations, recognise changes in patients' conditions and escalate concerns promptly.
• Perform venipuncture and cannulation.
• Assist doctors and the research team with study procedures in accordance with approved protocols.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following study protocols and unit SOPs.
• Respond to medical emergencies, including Code Blue situations, in accordance with unit protocols.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and study-related documentation.
• Comply with applicable clinical trial guidelines, patient safety requirements and unit SOPs.
• Coordinate with the clinical and research teams to support safe and efficient patient flow.
