Qualifications

• PhD in Chemistry or related field is required.
• Demonstrated expertise in synthetic organic chemistry and reaction development.
• Experience in photochemistry, photocatalysis, radiochemistry, or mechanistic studies is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for presenting data.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and optimize novel organic transformations based on single-electron redox processes.
• Conduct photochemical and radiochemical reaction development, including screening and scope studies.
• Investigate mechanisms through experiments and data interpretation.
• Supervise and mentor graduate and undergraduate researchers.
