Job summary

TUM CREATE LIMITED invites applications for a Research Fellow / Research Associate / Research Engineer (Side-Channel Security) to join the QUASAR program at the Singapore Campus. You will explore side-channel weaknesses in PQC, develop countermeasures, and maintain a dedicated side-channel evaluation lab for testing a RISC-V platform.

Qualifications

PhD in hardware security or related field preferred.
Master’s degree with focus on hardware security or related disciplines is acceptable.
Publications in hardware security are a strong asset.

Responsibilities

Perform side-channel analysis of PQC algorithms.
Research, implement, and test SCA countermeasures.
Prepare and maintain lab setups and PCB designs for side-channel tests.
Collaborate with IC design and security experts to enable advanced work.
Publish findings in manuscripts and present at conferences.
