Job Description

The candidate will study, via computational modeling and analytical techniques where appropriate, the flow of complex fluids through complex domains, subject to non-linear conditions such as rheological variation, and temperature and pressure dependence of the fluid properties.

Qualifications
  1. Substantial experience in asymptotics, perturbation expansions, micro-hydrodynamics, electrohydrodynamics.
  2. Certain programming and analytical skills are required. Experience in python, Fortran, C++ and parallel computing are a plus.
  3. Good publication record in peer-reviewed journals for fluid mechanics.
  4. A Ph.D. degree in relevant fields related to Mechanics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, and Mechanical Engineering.
