Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Material Science, Engineering, Semiconductor, Thermal Management or a closely related field.
• Strong background in materials formulations or synthesis.
• Experience in printing technology or coating techniques.
• Expertise in thermal management or thermal properties.
• Expertise in AI and machine learning is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent research in areas related to material science and engineering in thermal management.

• Optimization of formulation for gap fill dielectrics in heterogenous integration.
