Job summary

The National University of Singapore invites applications for the position of Research Fellow in the Department of Computer Science, School of Computing on Kent Ridge Campus. The role focuses on research on large language models and related AI methods.

You will work closely with the principal investigator on LLM projects, contribute to experiments, publish in top venues, and help with group communications and grant proposals.

Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong publication record in top AI venues (ICML, NeurIPS, ICLR, ACL).
• Strong programming skills and hands-on experience training and evaluating LLMs.
• Experience presenting and communicating research to a broad audience (talks, tutorials, etc.).
• Experience contributing to research or grant proposals is a plus.
• Strong systems development skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the PI on one or more LLM research projects.
• Publish findings at top AI venues and present results to the group.
• Assist with grant applications and preparing supporting materials.
