Qualifications

• PhD in a related field.

• Experience with laboratory chemical speciation and quantification (GCMS, ICP-MS, TD-GCMS, IC, HPLC, LCMS, etc.).
• Experience with source apportionment via PMF.
• Strong presentation, report writing and proposal drafting skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively and take ownership of research projects.

Job Description

The job holder is to work with PI and the research team to conduct field studies and operate, maintain online and offline analytical instruments to characterize VOCs in urban environment.

(Potential Postdoctoral Research Associate will be considered for this role.)

Qualifications

• PhD’s degree in a related field

One or more of (but not limited to) experiences of the following:

• Operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and data analyses of bulk VOC sampling, off-line speciation, PTR-MS, etc.
• Laboratory (offline) chemical speciation and quantification (e.g. GCMS, ICP-MS, TD-GCMS, IC, HPLC, LCMS, etc.)
• Source apportionment via PMF
• Proficient in technical presentation, slide making, report writing, proposal drafting, etc.
• Proven rounded and effective team player with strong initiative and ownership of the research project
