Job summary

NTU Singapore is seeking a research fellow to lead advances in humanoid robots and embodied AI. You will develop Vision-Language-Action models enabling natural human-robot interaction and autonomous task execution, contributing to NTU’s reputation in robotics and AI.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, publish research in top venues, and drive innovations in multimodal AI for robotic systems.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Robotics, AI, ML, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated research in AI, robotics, ML, computer vision, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of deep learning and multimodal AI models.
• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch.
• Experience with robotic systems or manipulation technologies is advantageous.
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning or embodied AI is a plus.

• - Strong knowledge of deep learning, multimodal AI models, Vision-Language-Action models, or related technologies.
• - Proficiency in Python programming and experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
• - Experience working with robotic systems, automation platforms, or robotic manipulation technologies is advantageous.
• - Familiarity with reinforcement learning, human-robot interaction, or embodied AI is an advantage.
• - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary research environment.
