Job Description

The team of Prof Loh Kian Ping invites applications for a Research Fellow position, working in the areas of condensed matter physics and two-dimensional (2-D) materials devices.

The candidate should have experience working in a clean room and be familiar with:

• the lithography of nanodevices, i.e. hall bar, field effect transistors and/or
• CVD growth of ultrathin 2D materials
• Dry transfer and stacking of 2D materials to achieve twist angle control

• The candidate should have a PhD degree.
• The candidate should have a strong track record in 2-D material growth by CVD, publishing in the areas of quantum topology physics concerning 2-D materials, or in the spintronics (spin Hall effect) of 2-D materials.
