Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Public Health or related field.
• Experience in quantitative, qualitative, or mixed-methods research and programme evaluation.
• Experience with analytical software (R, Stata, SPSS, NVivo) is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead health services, implementation, and evaluation research projects from design to delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead health services, implementation, and evaluation research projects from design to delivery.
• Develop research protocols, methodologies, data collection tools, and analysis plans using quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods approaches.
• Oversee data collection, analysis, interpretation, and evidence synthesis.
• Translate research findings into actionable insights, reports, publications, and service improvement recommendations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support grant applications, publications, and research dissemination.

Requirements:

• Master's or PhD in Public Health or any relevant healthcare related field (Fresh Masters graduates are welcome to apply)
• Academic or professional hands-on experience in quantitative, qualitative, or mixed-methods research and programme evaluation
• Experience with analytical software, such as R, Stata, SPSS,NVivo, or equivalent tools, will be a strong advantage
