Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree required or pursuing in biomedical/life sciences, data science, or related field.
• Strong foundation in molecular biology, immunology, cellular biology, or related disciplines.
• Experience with data analysis tools (Python, R, MATLAB) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and troubleshoot laboratory experiments independently.
• Perform routine cell culture, molecular biology, and biochemical assays.
• Maintain accurate experimental records and documentation.
• Analyze data, interpret results, and present findings to the team.
• Optimize protocols and workflows to improve reproducibility and efficiency.
• Conduct literature reviews to support experimental design and decision-making.
• Collaborate with scientists, computational biologists, and engineers on multidisciplinary projects.
• Assist with AI/ML related data analysis tasks when required.
• Prepare scientific reports, presentations, and regulatory documentation.
• Ensure laboratory safety, prepare reagents, manage inventory, and maintain equipment.

We are looking for a Research Scientist with a strong background in biomedical sciences, biological/life sciences, data science, or related fields to support research and development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct,and troubleshoot laboratory experiments independently under established research objectives.
• Perform routine cell culture, molecular biology, and biochemical assays.
• Maintain accurate and complete experimental records, protocols, and laboratory documentation.
• Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and present findings to the researchteam.
• Optimize experimental protocols and research workflows to improve reproducibility and efficiency.
• Conduct literature reviews to support experimental design and scientific decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with scientists, computational biologists, and engineers on multidisciplinary research projects.
• Support computational biology and data analysis activities, including AI/ML-related projects, where required.
• Prepare scientific reports, presentations, grant materials, and regulatory documentation.
• Assist with laboratory operations, including reagent preparation, inventory management,equipment maintenance, and compliance with laboratory safety requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Currently pursuing studies inbiomedical/biological Sciences, life sciences, data Science, Bioinformatics, ora related field.
• Basic knowledge of molecularbiology, immunology, cellular biology or related disciplines.
• Experience with data analysistools (Python, R, or MATLAB) is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking andproblem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail andability to work in a research-driven environment.
• Previous laboratory or research experience is a plus.
