Job summary

The School of Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, invites applications for a research assistant to support the development of copper nanoparticles (NanoCu) paste as a thermal interface material. The role focuses on process development and characterisation of NanoCu paste properties.

You will maintain lab equipment, procure supplies, liaise with suppliers, and produce high-quality reports consolidating research findings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor qualification degree in Materials Science/Engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experiences in technical hands-on experience in materials processing or characterization.
