We are seeking for Research Assistant to support the implementation of teaching and learning syllabuses for specialised education settings. The role includes assisting with research studies, analysing data, supporting stakeholder sessions, and conducting literature reviews to guide syllabus development and implementation.

• Support the implementation process of the research study on the effectiveness of the specialised Teaching and Learning Syllabuses.
• Record, analyse, and evaluate data related to the research study and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Provide support for syllabus implementation in specialised education settings.
• Conduct literature reviews to support the implementation of the specialised Teaching and Learning Syllabuses.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in conducting literature reviews and research in psychology, education, or specialized education
• Strong research skills, including literature reviews, data collection, and documentation
• Ability to accurately record, organize, and analyze research data
• Critical thinking and strong attention to detail in evaluating findings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to support stakeholder engagement and implementation activities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with teaching and learning syllabuses or educational frameworks
• Basic proficiency in data management tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
