Job summary

Ng Teng Fong General Hospital (JurongHealth Campus) invites a Senior/Assistant Manager in Analytics to provide analytics and programme evaluation support for performance management, decision making and knowledge generation across care programs.

You will work with clinicians to design study protocols, prepare DSRB submissions, drive advanced analytics (GLMs, survival analysis, neural networks), and contribute to literature reviews, grant applications and manuscripts.

Qualifications

• Provide analytics and programme evaluation support for performance management and decision making.
• Collaborate with clinicians to deliver analytics and study designs and support end-to-end project activity.
• Prepare Domain Specific Review Board (DSRB) submissions.
• Support coordination of meetings for programme evaluation discussions.
• Conduct statistical and health economics evaluation to assess programme effectiveness.
• Demonstrate advanced analytics concepts (GLMs, survival analysis, neural networks).
• Conduct systematic literature reviews and provide recommendations.
• Draft or prepare grant applications/manuscripts or posters.

Responsibilities

• Good Postgraduate/Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Health Economics, Public Health or equivalent.
• At least 4 years' relevant experience for Senior/ Assistant Manager position; graduates with research background can apply too.
• Healthcare experience would be a bonus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Motivated and self-driven, able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills, able to handle multiple tasks and prioritise deadlines.
• Excellent statistical and data management skills, proficient in analytics tools such as Tableau and R.
• Good scientific writing skills.

Overview

• To provide analytics and programme evaluation support in JurongHealth Campus (JHC) for enabling efforts for performance management, decision making, decision support and knowledge generation.

• To support the design of study protocols for the conduct of programme evaluation studies for key insights to support management decision making and translate findings into actual improvement in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate competency in basic analytics skills (such as hypothesis testing, validation of data and propensity score matching), mathematical and statistical modelling

• Collaborate with clinicians and healthcare professionals to deliver analytics and programme evaluation study designs and support the end-to-end project activity.

• Prepare Domain Specific Review Board (DSRB) submissions

• Support Senior Assistant Manager, HSR in coordination of meeting activities for programme evaluation discussions.

• Support the technical needs of programme evaluation studies and conduct statistical and health economics evaluation to assess effectiveness of the programmes.

• Demonstrate competency in advanced analytics concepts (eg. generalised linear models, survival analysis, neural networks etc.); and drive advanced analytics use cases

• Conduct systematic review of the literature to propose and provide recommendations
