Job summary

A prominent international firm in Singapore is looking for a professional to support business metrics design and conduct data analysis. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders and the ability to communicate insights for strategic decisions. Candidates must hold a degree in finance or a related field and be proficient in financial data analysis and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Power BI. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.

Job Description

• Support the design and evaluation of business metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights for Subsidiaries
• Translate data into clear and concise insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Prepare presentation materials for board meetings
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and contribute to analytics projects
• Conduct benchmarking and industry research to identify threats and opportunities
• Support treasury team on monitoring interest rates, FX rates and existing treasury portfolio
• Assist Corporate Finance team in the process of various projects such as due diligence, feasibility studies, valuation, target research, etc.
• Support the Corporate Communications of the organisation by contributing insights and content for internal and external publications and announcements, aligning with organisational objectives.
• Assist in ad hoc projects as and when required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint.
• Strong proficiency in financial data analysis and modelling techniques
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and data interpretation skills.
• Resourcefulness, strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin (to communicate with China & Taiwan counterpart).
