Job summary

ALLNAMICS (INTERNATIONAL) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Report Engineer (Assistant Civil Engineer) to support the engineering team by preparing progress and work‑done reports and various engineering documents.

You will contribute to internal quality management and maintain monthly reports to ensure smooth project execution. Responsibilities include reviewing test results, coordinating with site teams, and verifying calibration certificates while adhering to project specs and authority requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or related field; relevant experience considered.
• Candidate must be meticulous, detail-oriented and able to analyze project data.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD or PM software.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret and analyze test results and instrumentation data.
• Prepare reports in accordance with project specifications, codes, and authority requirements.
• Check and verify test records, readings, calibration certificates, and testing procedures.
• Coordinate with site teams and contractors to clarify testing methodologies and results.
• Maintain documentation control and records for submission.
• Ensure reports are accurate and submitted within timelines.
• Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

As a Report Engineer (Assistant Civil Engineer), you will play a crucial role in providing vital support to the engineering team by preparing progress reports, work done reports, and various engineering documents. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will ensure that project updates and information are accurately recorded and communicated. You will also contribute to the company's internal quality management processes and maintain monthly reports, helping to ensure the smooth execution of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Review, interpret and analyze test results and related instrumentation data.
• Prepare reports in accordance with project specifications, applicable codes, and authority requirements.
• Check and verify test records, instrumentation readings, calibration certificates, and testing procedures.
• Coordinate with site teams and contractors to clarify testing methodologies, results, and any discrepancies.
• Maintain proper documentation control and records for submission.
• Ensure reports are prepared accurately, clearly, and submitted within agreed timelines.
• Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree In Civil Engineering or a related field. Candidate that does not fulfill this minimum requirement but with relevant experience would be considered
