About the role

This is a part-time Repair Sales Assistant position at K SHOE & BAGS SERVICES in Serangoon Central, North-East Region. You will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and repair support to our clients, ensuring their footwear and accessories are well-cared for and looking their best.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and welcoming customers to the store
2. Assessing the repair needs of customer items and providing transparent quotes
3. Liaising with the in‑house repair team to ensure timely and quality repairs
4. Providing updates to customers on the status of their repair requests
5. Handling cash and card payments for repair services
6. Maintaining a clean and organised retail space
7. Supporting the wider retail team as needed

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, ideally within the footwear industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide an excellent customer experience
3. Attention to detail and the ability to accurately assess repair needs
4. Basic numerical skills for handling payments
5. A passion for fashion and footwear
6. Flexibility to work part‑time shifts, including evenings and weekends
