Job summary

GlobalFoundries in Singapore seeks a Global Parts Solutions Repair Operations Leader to head GPS repair for Fab 7 and GIGA+. The role centers on safe execution, repair quality, turnaround time, capability expansion, and cost savings by reducing external repair spend and increasing internal output.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary tech team and collaborate with Fab module teams, Equipment Engineering, GSM, AME, Finance, Facilities, Quality, Safety, and GPS peers to qualify repairs and scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Technical Operations, Supply Chain, or related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Leadership experience in semiconductor manufacturing, repair operations, or related technical environment.
• Ability to use data, KPIs and structured problem solving to improve throughput, cost, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day GPS repair operations in Singapore for Fab 7 and GIGA+.
• Deliver repair output, turnaround time, productivity, quality, and savings against GPS targets.
• Identify and execute internal repair opportunities to reduce external spend and improve spare part availability.
• Expand high-value repair capabilities across RF, electronics, robotics, mechanical, load port, chiller, computer/server, cable and related components.
