Job summary

A machinery rental company in Singapore is seeking a Rental & Sales Executive to drive revenue through lead generation and customer relationship management. Responsibilities include marketing, sales administration, and operational coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a minimum of 2 years experience in machinery rental or sales. A Command of MS Excel and a relevant Diploma or Degree are preferred. A competitive salary package and benefits await successful candidates.

Qualifications

Job Summary

We are seeking highly self-motivated Rental & Sales Executive to focus on driving revenue by generating leads, closing deals for rental and sales, managing customer relationships, handling contracts, while also coordinating logistics and ensuring high customer satisfaction for our goods and services.

Key duties include marketing, quoting, negotiating, processing agreements, meeting sales targets, requiring strong communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client sourcing and engagement: Handle inquiries (walk-in, online, calls), present options, build relationships, and provide after-sales support and resolve customerissues promptly.
  • Sales & Marketing: Make cold calls and prospect potential clients and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Contracts & Admin: Prepare accurate quotations, rental and sales agreements, manage payments and update management.
  • Operations Coordination: Coordinate with operations teams for timely delivery, maintenance and return of equipment.
Job Requirements
  • Sales Acumen: Negotiation, self-motivation, customer-oriental, sales driven.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Technical: Knowledge of rental and sales processes, MS Excel competent, preferably Diploma/Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Transport: Required own driving license. Own transport preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in machinery rental/sales or construction equipment.
Salary Package
  • Monthly basic salary: Starting from $3,000 per month.
  • Transport Allowance: $1,000 per month after probation.
  • Commission: Quarterly payout after exceeding KPI target (up to $5,000 per month).
  • Paid Leave: 24 days Leave (Annual leave 14 days + Casual leave 10 Days) on top of statutory leave such as sick leave.
