Job summary

SI Renovation & Construction PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Renovation Supervisor to lead on-site teams across Singapore, ensuring timely delivery of projects including HDB, condo, and commercial works.

You will read floor plans, coordinate workers and subcontractors, enforce safety standards, and communicate with clients and designers to provide progress updates. The role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant renovation supervision experience.
• Knowledge of renovation works, construction methods and materials.
• Able to read floor plans and technical drawings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Safety-conscious and responsible.
• Willing to work at multiple project locations across Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily renovation works at project sites (HDB, Condo, Commercial)
• Monitor work progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within quality standards
• Coordinate and manage workers, subcontractors, and suppliers on-site
• Conduct site measurements and inspection of works
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and workplace safety requirements
• Liaise with clients, designers, and project manager on site matters and progress updates
• Handle on-site problem solving and troubleshooting
• Prepare daily progress reports and material requisition
