Job summary

Ethos, a new expert network, is seeking venture capital associates to help train its latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

This remote, flexible role requires 5+ years in startup fundraising or VC, with the ability to produce pitch decks, data room indexes, LP reports, and term sheet summaries. Compensation is $100 per hour, with 5-20 hours weekly, ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Direct experience building pitch decks, data room indexes, or investor update memos for a startup fundraise, venture fund, or LP-facing platform
• Fluency in cap table mechanics, term sheet structuring, and the reporting standards LPs and institutional investors expect
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create and refine AI-generated pitch decks, data room indexes, and investor memos for startup fundraising
• Assist in evaluating and shaping documents and decks for LPs and institutional investors
• Maintain high standards of written communication and detail across all outputs
