Responsibilities

  • Achieve cash collection targets of 75k SGD monthly.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction levels over NPS 97.
  • Track pipeline and prioritize tickets effectively.
  • Prepare proactive campaigns to increase collections.
  • Contribute to scaling the upsell process.
