The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, and excellent English writing skills. Responsibilities include developing training content, optimizing AI performance, and ensuring model integrity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Swift/iOS development experience.
• Strong understanding of core Swift fundamentals, memory management, and ARC.
• Professional iOS engineering experience shipping or maintaining production mobile applications.
• Ability to evaluate code for correctness, maintainability, performance, and UI logic quality.
• Significant experience using large language models (LLMs) to assist with coding, debugging, and code review.
• Excellent English writing skills.
• Minimum C1 English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed prompts and responses to guide AI learning.
• Evaluate and rank AI responses for model's accuracy and fluency.
• Test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases.
