Job summary

A leading fintech company in Singapore is seeking Support Engineers to assist international clients with product setup and implementations. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, at least 3 years of technical support experience, and skills in communication and JavaScript development. Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with technical support.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
• Intermediate knowledge in JavaScript or programming.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve Service Desk tickets following SLA.
• Analyze and assign severity levels to new issues.
• Provide L1 & L2 support, troubleshoot, and escalate as required.
• Coordinate technical issues requiring engineering team intervention.
• Contribute to maintaining the moneythor knowledgebase.
