Job summary

True North Partners LLP in Singapore seeks an entrepreneurial manager to strengthen its SG consulting team in risk modelling, capital management, and sustainability for financial services. You will lead client engagements across FS, develop risk models, and drive implementation strategies with a focus on MAS regulatory requirements.

The role requires 8–10 years in management consulting, a master’s in quantitative studies, and strong programming skills (Python/SAS/R/SQL).

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in management consulting with a focus on financial services and banking risk mgmt.
• Master’s degree in quantitative studies; FRM/GARP is a plus.
• Hands-on risk model development and validation (IFRS 9, Basel II).
• Experience with LLM coding agents and AI tool integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead SG consulting engagements for risk modelling, capital management and ESG in FS.
• Develop and validate risk models; support governance and client deliverables.
• Manage project teams and client relationships across Singapore/ASEAN.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
