CrowdStrike is seeking a Platform Professional Services Senior Consultant specialized in AI for Detection and Response. You will own the full deployment lifecycle of Falcon's AI-powered capabilities, from planning to installation and ongoing support, working with customers to optimize AI-driven security outcomes.

Required: a strong background in AI/ML for cybersecurity, deployment, and scripting with REST APIs. This role offers international remote opportunities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/CE or related field with 8+ years deployment or customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and operational support of Falcon AI-powered detection and response capabilities.
• Optimize AI-driven threat detection models and automated response workflows.
• Tune ML models to reduce false positives while keeping high detection efficacy.
• Develop AI-driven automation playbooks for security operations.
• Troubleshoot AI-related customer issues across enterprises.
• Create scripts and applications using Falcon APIs to enhance AI capabilities.
• Interpret AI-generated alerts with customers and integrate AI into security workflows.
• Assist with AI-driven vulnerability prioritization and asset management.
• Deliver AI skills workshops for the Platform Professional Services team.
• Collaborate with teams to develop customer-facing AI collateral.
