Job summary

ABeam Consulting Singapore is seeking an SAP Concur Consultant to implement and support SAP Concur modules (Expense, Travel, Invoice) for global clients. You will gather requirements, configure modules, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes delivering integrations with ERP systems, performing UAT, training end-users, and providing post-go-live support. Experience with SAP Concur and integration tools is essential, with a global, remote-friendly work environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years hands-on SAP Concur experience (Expense, Travel, and/or Invoice).
Strong SAP Concur configuration and administration skills.
Experience with integration approaches using SAP CPI, Boomi, or APIs.
Knowledge of travel and expense policies, finance operations (AP/AR), and compliance standards (VAT/GST reclaim).

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements related to travel, expense, and invoice processes.
Configure SAP Concur modules, including workflows, audit rules, and reporting.
Support integration activities between SAP Concur and ERP systems (such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Workday, or Oracle).
Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Deliver end-user and administrator training sessions.
Provide post-go-live production support and troubleshooting.
Recommend process improvements, automation solutions, and optimization of SAP Concur use.
Work collaboratively with global and cross-functional teams.
