You will engage families, present profiles, conduct interviews, and oversee the placement process while ensuring MOM compliance and adherence to agency procedures. Strong communication and a self-motivated, results-driven approach are essential.

Qualifications

• CEI Certification required for employment agency personnel.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients independently.
• Responsible and service-oriented approach to client and candidate interactions.
• Self-motivated and results-driven to achieve placement targets and income goals.
• Knowledge and adherence to MOM regulations and agency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Engage families to assess and understand their domestic helper requirements.
• Recommend and present suitable helper profiles tailored to client needs.
• Conduct interviews and shortlist candidates to align with household preferences.
• Manage the entire placement process from enquiry to deployment.
• Ensure MOM regulations and Alexis Employment procedures are followed.
• Build and maintain client relationships through professional follow-up and service.
• Develop client referrals and repeat business by delivering high-quality service.
