Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced investor relations managers to help train their latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This role focuses on startup fundraising, venture capital, and LP-facing work, with flexible hours and remote scheduling.

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, decks, and memos across workflows like pitch decks, cap table summaries, term sheet notes, and LP reports.

Qualifications

• Direct experience building pitch decks, data room indexes, or investor update memos for a startup fundraise, venture fund, or LP-facing platform
• Fluency in cap table mechanics, term sheet structuring, and the reporting standards LPs and institutional investors expect
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for startup fundraising and investor relations.
• Develop and update pitch decks, data room indexes, and investor update memos for fundraises.
• Ensure high-quality written communication and attention to detail across documents and decks.
